The same with our diets! You suffer hunger, try to suppress it with tons of empty water and then, after 1 week of series of ordeals, it turns out, that 2 cm loss will not help you to squeeze into your old pair of jeans!

 

So! Let’s not relax! Let’s take another glass of water, buy a new pair of sunglasses (to protect our eyes from the sun, which haven’t been seen like for ages!) … And WAIT! Thats what we, females, are good in, WAITING!
